This is not a very good picture, it was taken from my cell phone because I forgot my camera in the truck. Anyway we had the girls dance competition at Lagoon and the weather was horrible. It seriously rained all day long. Our pants were wet from the knees down. The girls were bummed because I didn't even buy ride passes and very glad that I didn't. The building they were dancing in had probably a thousand people in it, and can you imagine how a thousand wet bodies smell? Both girls done very well dancing. I had to promise the girls that we will make a trip to Lagoon when the weather decides to behave.Saturday, May 2, 2009
rain, rain go away

I was glad I bought ride passes - they issued "rain day" vouchers and we get to go back for free! I'm bummed that I didn't run into you - but I avoided that big, stinky building...my daughter was dancing (cloggin) on the stage just to the north. You guys should come up again next Saturday to ride - we'll be there!!
I used to dance at Lagoon and it seemed like it rained every time we went there too.
I would LOVE to take some pics of your girls. Models who sit still and listen, HEAVEN, I say!!

well that's to bad it had to rain all day. I hope we have better luck next weekend at Maci's Dance competition. How did the girls do in their competition?
Has there ever been a year that it hasnt rained at that competition? I love your blog it is always up to date. You just need to keep mine up to date for me.
